About TrainIt Robotics
TrainIt Robotics develops industrial robotic applications combining 6-axis robots, integrated vision systems, PLC-connected software, digital twins and adaptive robotics.
Industrial robotics application engineering and integration
We work with manufacturers, machine builders, OEMs and system integrators on concrete production tasks: machine tending, bin picking, pick and place, packaging handling, palletizing, sorting, inspection and PLC-integrated robotic cells.
In the short term we deliver scoped engineering projects — technical consulting, robot application assessments, digital twin validation, robotic pilot cells, support to OEMs and integrators, and cell deployment with mechanical, electrical and safety partners. In the longer term we are building a reusable software stack for flexible industrial robotic applications that combine deterministic automation, vision, simulation, digital twins and adaptive robotics.
Industrial Automation Experience Behind Advanced Robotics
TrainIt Robotics is built on hands-on experience in industrial automation, robotics software, machine vision and production machinery. The founder is a former Tesla engineer with experience across pharma, cosmetics, consumer goods, food and automotive manufacturing.
His background includes programming and commissioning industrial machines with Beckhoff TwinCAT and Siemens TIA Portal, working on high-speed production lines up to 350 parts per minute, and developing complex robotic machinery with integrated vision systems.
That is why every TrainIt application is designed to live inside a real machine: PLC handshakes, machine states, I/O, safety interfaces, recipes and commissioning are part of the design from the first concept, not an afterthought.

These tools are used for what they are good at: simulating a cell before it is built, locating parts that do not arrive in a fixed position, and letting a robot adapt its motion to what the camera sees. Bridging traditional automation and adaptive robotic manipulation
TrainIt Robotics bridges the gap between traditional industrial automation and advanced robotic manipulation. The goal is not to replace PLC-based automation, but to extend it with robotic applications that can perceive, adapt and integrate reliably into real production environments.
